What does Digital Marketing and Sales Services mean?
Digital sales and marketing support services at KeyResults are specific sets of services dealing with strictly digital delivery mechanisms such as CD-ROM, DVD, Internet based video, audio, and interactive multimedia or animation. Relative to marketing and sales communications, digital sales and marketing support services break from the traditional communications modes traditionally associated with institutional advertising, such as television or radio spots, and with traditional printed collateral and media.

If done with promotions and give-away response programs, the company has an opportunity to actually identify the customer for highly targeted messages and can usually track activity as well.

Well executed digital marketing and sales efforts produce some staggering results for many of today's companies. The biggest benefits of tying marketing and sales efforts together with the company web site, and possibly CD-ROM disks, is substantial feedback and known factual information on the initiatives that frequently blow away company management. Which makes more sense? Company A spends $50,000 dollars on a set of local newspaper and magazine advertising that essentially is a brochure. Whereas company B spends their $50,000 on a web response promotion that captures customer contact information, and provides actual demographics for visitors responding to the advertising. Company A, has little to show for it's dollars and can only hope that the advertising generates interest. Company A really has no way to associate business incremental revenue to marketing dollars spent. Company B, on the other hand, knows exactly how many responses it's advertising program generated. In fact, they are in position to actually generate concrete leads and orders that can easily correlate with the money spent on this particular project.
